Suggested Equipment: Bloom ball (or foam roller) and a set of light weights
Bloom BARRE is mix of traditional barre moves, deep form and posture awareness, mixed with the intentional movement you've come to know with all Bloom classes. Expect to lengthen, tone, burn, and repeat in each class that calls you to show up to the barre (or chair).
PREREQUISITE: An Understanding of Bloom's Core Foundation
