Fourth Trimester REHAB is your 6-week series dedicated to rehab, restrengthen, and re-lay your core + pelvic floor’s foundation for a stronger and safer return to exercise postpartum. This series is a great starting ground for all postpartum women new to Bloom, looking to address a diastasis and see better core-based results for life.
Safe for ALL postnatal women including those with diastasis recti, umbilical hernias, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Suggested equipment: Mat, Pilates ball
