The Bloom Method’s REHAB Program includes 21 educational and workout videos that will help you get a jump start on postnatal recovery. Our method not only helps in the restrengthening process after giving birth, but we will empower you to keep doing the movements and exercises you love while gaining knowledge about your body. This is more than just a workout program, its a whole new way to move for life. Get started Day 1 after giving birth (or even several years later) and see the results our Bloom mamas talk about: quicker recovery from birth —whether cesarean or vaginal — while drastically including core strength and stability!

More About Our REHAB Series:
The Bloom Method's REHAB 6-week series is designed for all women who need that deep core reconnection post-baby. This series is safe enough to begin as early as a few days post-birth and can be continued until you have reestablished the core connection needed.

Each video will progress you in a safe and rehabilitative way while helping you build the strength required to move forward into more challenging core-based exercises and movements.

We highly recommend only progressing to the next practice or video IF your connection has been mastered in the previous exercises. This slower yet steady pace will set you up for better results in the end.

Safe for ALL postnatal women including those with diastasis recti, umbilical hernias, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
