In a BloomFIT class, you can expect to work your entire body. We’re all about the slow twitch muscle fibers at The Bloom Method, and that's because of their ability to challenge you in such significant ways. For those of you who may be used to more momentum based exercises (pre-pregnancy), be patient and be sure to stick to every variation, we provide for the training. The goal is to stay in each exercise without pulling out to fatigue and challenge the muscle to change right before your eyes. We’ll bring along the belly pump with each exercise we guide you through, and this is to provide more efficiency in your workouts. We don’t just work the primary muscle group in each exercise, but we bring the core along for the ride, teaching the core unit (including pelvic floor) to lengthen and contract along with those primary muscles.
