Strength 1 is a strength training class focused on helping you feel stronger in your pregnant AND postpartum body. This class introduces a format for ALL mamas and is guaranteed to increase your heart rate and muscle strength. Please note that attending this class requires you to use oily 8lb or 15lb weights as we focus on heavier circuits throughout the class. If lighter weights are your jam, join us in any of our other classes.
*This is the only MamaSTRONGER class that is suited for prenatal and postnatal mamas.
