Prenatal MamaSTRONGER is a strength training class for prenatal mamas focused on helping you feel stronger in your body. This class introduces a format for all prenatal mamas and is guaranteed to increase your heart rate and muscle strength. This class can be done by postnatal mamas, also.

Please note that attending this class requires you to use only 8lb. or 15lb. weights as we focus on heavier circuits throughout the class. If lighter weights are your jam, join us in any of our other classes.

IMPORTANT: MamaSTRONGER 1 is the only MamaSTRONGER class that is safe for prenatal mamas.
