A quick express class focused on upper body. Safe for pre and postnatal.
We know you can be short on time and that’s why we created our Express class concept. These classes are a mixture of all of our formats. Some focus more on the core, some on the lower body, some upper and some full body. Don’t let the timing of these classes fool you, you can expect to be challenged in as little as 7 minutes with the way we’ve strategically built these workouts for you. These classes are also great to pair to the end of one of our Mini formats or even compile 2-3 express classes to extend your time in a sweat session. Express classes are created for both our pre and postnatal mamas so that you can feel safe doing them no matter where you’re at in your journey.
