CoreFORM is the building block to the core connection you will carry in all of our prenatal based classes. You can do squats, lunges, and upper body work anywhere, but to ensure that you’re doing all of these as efficiently as we hope you are, mastering your core connection with movement is a crucial step to the success you’ll experience in all of our classes.
Expect CoreFORM classes to move at a slower pace because we want to ensure that you’re connecting correctly to your changing core. Depending on where you’re at in your pregnancy, they can feel extremely easy or quite challenging. Be patient and pace yourself knowing that as your belly and baby grows, so does the challenge to connect deeply to the muscles of your core. The sooner you can implement the right connection and techniques, the better you’ll be for the longevity of your pregnancy.
